I've been there too.

For far too long, I doubted myself.

I learned to adapt, to put others before myself, to silence my needs in order to avoid conflict or to be accepted. Saying no took an enormous amount of energy and was always accompanied by endless explanations. Setting boundaries seemed simply impossible.

From the outside, everything seemed to be working.

Inside, I carried a stubborn frustration, and I looked with admiration at those who had the courage to be themselves, without apologizing.

It was only by becoming aware of these patterns through coaching that I understood something essential:

Self-confidence is not reserved for an elite few. It is built step by step, and it is within everyone's reach.

Understand rather than force yourself

It was this realization that changed everything for me.

I realized that self-confidence isn't built through willpower or positive thinking, but by understanding why we've limited ourselves, how we've adapted, and what we've learned to believe about ourselves.

Today, that is exactly what I convey through my coaching.

I don't believe in ready-made recipes or methods that push you to "get better" at all costs. I believe in awareness, understanding, and self-respect.

My approach

As a certified coach from The Life Coach School, my approach is based on mindset coaching and working at the root of blockages.

Together, we will explore:

  • beliefs that still influence your choices
  • the unconscious patterns built up throughout your history
  • the way you perceive and position yourself

This work allows you to transform your inner posture in a lasting way.

External changes—in your relationships, your decisions, the way you respect yourself—become more natural, more stable, and more aligned.

What guides my support

My support is based on values that are deeply important to me.

Authenticity: moving forward without a mask, respecting who you truly are

Awareness: understanding before wanting to change

Personal responsibility: gently reclaim your power, without guilt

Inner freedom: choosing yourself, setting your boundaries, and moving forward in harmony with yourself

You don't have to fix anything.

You simply need a space to understand yourself and find yourself.

Today

I support women who feel that something needs to change, without always knowing what or how.

Women who no longer want to suffer, but who want to choose for themselves with fairness, awareness, and respect.

If you recognize yourself in these words, then you've come to the right place.
